• Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath House with a nice roof top deck.
• The Ground Floor is a self contained appartment and has its own private entrance. It has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and flat panel TV. A breakfast bar table with 2 chairs and coffee pot. Full bathroom with stand up shower.Outside shower,Covered patio, Grassy yard for the kids to run around (not fenced). There is also a washer/dryer room and a 1 car garage.
  
• The Upstairs has a small Living room with love seat (full sleeper bed) and 2 chairs, TV with basic cable. DVD player and VHS Player. A Breakfast bar separates the fully stocked kitchen with gas stove.
• There is a Queen bed in 1st bedroom and 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom and full bathroom in the hallway with tub/shower combo.
  The old back porch has been converted to a nice dining room /sunroom to seat 6.
• Roof top deck with Ocean views
